Responsibilities:
Ensure resident safety and well-being.
Provide quality and continuous nursing care.
Support residents in achieving their highest level of function.
Maintain a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment.
Qualifications:
Active North Dakota RN or LPN license.
Commitment to quality resident care.
Ability to work day or night shifts.
Every other weekend and holiday availability required.

$15,000 sign-on incentive for Full-Time.
$7,500 sign-on incentive for Part-Time.
Sign-on incentive paid quarterly over a 15-month contract.
Weekend and evening/night shift differentials.
