Position Overview
We are currently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licenced Practical Nurses (LPN) for Full-Time and Part-Time positions on both day and night shifts. In this role, you will:
Ensure the safety and well-being of residents
Maintain continuity and quality of care
Support residents in achieving their highest possible level of function
Pay & Sign-On Incentives
Hourly Wage: $26.59–$39.82 (depending on experience and licensure)
Sign-On Incentives:
$15,000 for Full-Time
$7,500 for Part-Time (Paid quarterly over a 15-month contract)
Shift Differentials:
Weekend hours
Hours worked between 2:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Additional pay for extra shift pickup
Shifts & Scheduling
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Every other weekend and every other holiday required

Must hold a North Dakota RN or LPN License
