Description:
Heartview Foundation is seeking a dedicated OTP Staff Nurse to join our team. This role is essential in providing compassionate care and support to individuals receiving medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder. Pay Range:
LPN: $27 - $32/ hour, depending on experience
RN: $32 - $38/ hour, depending on experience
Up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus and student loan repayment programs!
This position is a full-time, 40 hour per week, Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed. Shift times range between 5:30 AM and 4:00 PM, with 8-hour shifts.
On call as needed.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects and reactions.
Create, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the medical team.
Provide safe and accurate medication administration.
Conduct urine, drug, and alcohol screenings and interpret results.
Ensure compliance with Federal OTP regulations, including medication diversions, callbacks, and take-home doses.
Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
Work weekends as needed

Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited nursing school or collegiate program.
Current, unencumbered LPN or RN license in the State of North Dakota.
At least one year of nursing experience (preferred).
Experience working with addiction treatment or in an OTP is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of substance use disorders and medication-assisted treatment.
Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team setting.
Effective therapeutic communication skills with patients and families.
Knowledge of federal regulations governing OTPs.
Proficiency in electronic health records documentation.
Ability to educate and train staff and patients on relevant health topics
