About This Position

PRN LPN/RN – Primary Care Clinic

Health Concepts is looking for a reliable, compassionate LPN or RN to join our team on a PRN basis. If you enjoy hands-on patient care, working closely with providers, and being part of a friendly and professional clinic, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Provide hands-on clinical care to primary care patients

Take vital signs and obtain patient histories

Assist providers with exams and procedures

Administer injections and medications as ordered

Perform wound care and other basic nursing procedures

Collect lab specimens

Document patient care accurately

Provide compassionate patient education and support

What We're Looking For

Dependable and willing to help when coverage is needed

Compassionate and patient-focused

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced clinical environment

Primary care experience is a plus, but not required

Position Details

PRN | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM when scheduled Pay: Based on experience
