Shift: 12 HRS Days & Nights both shift available.
Scheldule: 36 HRS/Week & 48 HRS/Week option available
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in telemetry to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in critical care environments, with a strong background in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic and Cerner.
Duties
Continuously monitor patient cardiac rhythms and vital signs using telemetry equipment, promptly identifying abnormalities.
Administer medications, including IV infusions, injections, and other treatments while adhering to aseptic techniques and safety protocols.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations, vital signs, and physiological evaluations to inform care plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care strategies aligned with patient needs.
Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic health records (EHR/Epic/Cerner), maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Telemetry.
RN License.
BLS Certification.
ACLS Certification. (Required for Simi Valley facility)
PALS Certification. (Required for Simi valley facility)
NIHSS Certifiation. (Required for Simi valley facility)
