Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN license
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications (TNCC/ATCN/CEN highly desired)
Experience caring for patients spanning neonatal to geriatric ages in an Emergency Room setting
Demonstrated proficiency in advanced patient assessment, medication administration, and emergency interventions
Strong communication skills, with ability to utilize SBAR and collaborate with diverse medical teams
Responsibilities:
Assess and reassess patient needs, develop individualized plans of care, and document clinical responses
Safely administer medications and perform treatments per policy, maintaining stringent infection control standards
Educate patients and families using evidence-based tools and resources
Interpret diagnostic data, intervene appropriately, and communicate patient status to the healthcare team
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, National Patient Safety Goals, and Life Safety Standards
Engage in continuous learning and participate in multidisciplinary care planning
