Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse
Location: Everett, WA
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: 2400-2600
Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: 1 year of Home Health RN experience
Responsibilities:
Provide home health nursing care to patients within the Snohomish County area.
Complete documentation by 10am the following day to ensure accurate patient records.
Meet a minimum productivity expectation of 30 points per week.
Adhere to all home health care policies, including documentation and patient care standards.
Support patients in their recovery and health maintenance in their home environment.
