About This Position
Provides excellent customer service as a first point of contact in virtual clinics for both a school-based and medical provider program. These programs focus on mental health care for children in Pre-K through 12th grade. This position requires a team member with excellent communication skills. Disseminates necessary information for scheduled appointments to providers, clinicians, school staff and parents/guardians.
The Sr Clinical Assistant will facilitate coordination between the TCHATT, CPAN, and PeriPAN divisions in order to efficiently schedule and see patients needing services offered through the programs.
