About the Position
Next Phase Longevity is seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our growing medical team. This is a clinical FNP position providing direct patient care, including patient evaluations, diagnosis, treatment, medication management, laboratory review, and ongoing follow-up care.
Our practice focuses on personalized health, wellness, hormone management, weight management, and longevity. While experience in these areas is a plus, we are looking first and foremost for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and dependable Family Nurse Practitioner who is confident providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and physical assessments
Obtain and review patient medical histories
Evaluate symptoms and develop appropriate diagnoses and treatment plans
Order and interpret laboratory testing and other diagnostic studies as appropriate
Prescribe and manage medications within scope of practice
Monitor patient response to treatment and make adjustments when appropriate
Provide follow-up care and ongoing management of patients
Educate patients regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment options, lifestyle changes, and preventative care
Provide care related to hormone health, weight management, metabolic health, wellness, and longevity
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and other members of the clinical team
Follow applicable clinical protocols and standards of care
Build strong, professional relationships with patients and provide an excellent patient experience
Qualifications
Current Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification
Active or eligible Texas APRN license
Current RN license as required
Prescriptive authority in accordance with Texas requirements
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Excellent patient communication and education skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with the medical team
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Commitment to providing safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care
Preferred Experience
Previous experience working as a Family Nurse Practitioner
Experience with hormone management or hormone replacement therapy
Experience in wellness, preventative, or longevity-focused healthcare
Experience reviewing and interpreting laboratory results

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
