About This Position
**Aesthetic Injector — RN or NP | Botanica Beauty (Bellevue, WA)**
Botanica Beauty is a luxury medical aesthetics and wellness practice in Bellevue, WA. We are hiring an experienced Aesthetic Injector — either a Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (ARNP/NP) — to join our growing clinical team. Full-time and part-time considered.
**About the Role**
As an Aesthetic Injector at Botanica, you'll provide premium injectable and energy-based services in a beautifully designed clinical setting, with advanced device access, an established client base, and full operational support. Your scope of services and compensation will be tailored to your license and experience level.
**Services** (within your lawful scope of practice)
Neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, etc.)
Dermal fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, RHA, Versa, Revanesse)
Biostimulators (Sculptra, Radiesse), PDO threads, skin boosters, Kybella
Microneedling and PRP/PRF
IV hydration, vitamin injections, peptide therapy
Advanced device treatments: Morpheus8, CO2 laser, IPL, Quantum, Pico
GLP-1 / weight management and HRT (NP role only, with prescriptive authority)
**Compensation**
Competitive hourly base on all scheduled clinical hours, tailored to your license and experience
Strong commission structure on injectables, wellness, and energy-based services
Daily performance bonus on high-revenue days
Retail and membership commissions
Tips 100% pass-through
Estimated total earnings: $80,000 – $250,000+ per year depending on role, schedule, and production. Full compensation details discussed in interview.

**Required Qualifications**
**Minimum three (3) years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience** (neurotoxin + filler)
Active Washington State RN or ARNP/NP license in good standing (or actively pursuing WA licensure)
Current BLS/ACLS certification
DEA registration (NP candidates)
Strong portfolio of before/after results and consultation experience
Excellent client communication and consultation skills
Detail-oriented documentation in EMR
Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury practice
