About This Position
Meda Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as a travel Director of Nursing in Seattle, Washington. This 13-week leadership opportunity is ideal for a nursing professional who can guide clinical teams, support high-quality patient care and help maintain efficient nursing operations.
As the Director of Nursing, you will provide clinical and operational leadership while promoting a collaborative, patient-centered work environment.

Pay: up to $2,230
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight for nursing operations and clinical staff
Support the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care
Maintain compliance with facility policies and applicable regulatory standards
Monitor staffing, performance and clinical outcomes
Partner with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams
Coach and support nursing team members
Assist with quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Address clinical or operational concerns in a timely manner
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as required
Requirements
Active RN license in the assignment state or a valid Compact/Multistate RN license
Previous Director of Nursing or comparable nursing leadership experience
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Strong knowledge of clinical operations and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication, organization, and team leadership skills
Additional certifications and experience may be required by the facility
