Assignment Details
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights - 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Schedule: 36/48 hours – rotating weeks
Weekend: Every Other Weekend (EOW)
Holiday: Every Other Holiday (EOH)
Charting: PointClickCare (PCC)
Start Date: ASAP (2 weeks from offer)
Weekly Pay:
36 hrs/week: $1,710 gross weekly
48 hrs/week: $2,316 gross weekly
Pay Breakdown
36 Hours/Week – $1,710 Gross
Blended Rate: $47.50/hr
(Taxable Base: $15.00/hr + Non-Taxable Stipend: $32.50/hr)
Taxable Weekly: $540
Non-Taxable Weekly Stipend: $1,170
48 Hours/Week – $2,316 Gross
Regular: $47.50/hr × 40 hrs = $1,900
OT(after 40hr): $52.00/hr × 8 hrs = $416
Gross Weekly: $2,316
Requirements
Active LPN license
2 years of LTC experience required
PointClickCare experience preferred
