Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to patients during labor, delivery, postpartum recovery, and the mother-baby period.
- Monitor patient conditions, identify changes, and communicate clinical updates appropriately.
- Administer medications and treatments according to orders and established nursing standards.
- Educate patients and families while supporting safe transitions of care.
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote quality patient care.
