About This Position
Full time 2nd & 3rd shift position available at an assisted living, Cady Home/Autumn Lane in Birnamwood. Wages start at $14-15 based on qualifications and training. Raise of up to $1.00 available after 90 day probation period based on job performance and attendance. $1.00 per hour for third shift differential. On time bonus of $ 2 per hour just to come to work on time! You could be making $16-$17 an hour if you show up to work on time! $500 sign on bonus after 180 days. We also have a call in pay $5 per hour if you’re not scheduled to work and we call you in. If it’s your weekend off $5 per hour if you work your off weekend!
Duties include personal care, distribution of medication, cleaning, food preparation and miscellaneous to the residents. Fully trained with all required certificates (medications, fire safety, standard precautions and first aid) preferable but willing to train the right candidate. Third shift differential bonus, off-weekend bonus, sign-on bonus, paid holidays (some bonuses are available after 90 day employment).
