Job Title: Registered Nurse Supervisor
Salary: $44.00/hr + based upon years of experience.
Schedule: PM Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00 pm Mon-Fri
- No Weekends
-No Holidays

Duties:
· Ensures that the residents are provided with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan
· Assures that all staff complete required compliance training and processes
· Responsible for serving as a mentor to new licensed nurses, providing orientation, assisting with training and making recommendations to nursing administration
· Assists with new employee selection and hiring process
· Evaluates the skills of New Licensed Nurses and makes recommendations to management regarding the state of a new employee's orientation program
· Communicates new programs, interventions and new procedures with the Licensed Nurse Staff.

Qualifications:
· RN license is required
· At least 2-year experience as a licensed nurse
Pay: From $44.00 per hour
