Job Overview: Nurse Educator (Contractor)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Educator to join our team on a contract basis. As a Nurse Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing ongoing education and training to our staff to ensure compliance with agency protocols and the implementation of regulations for Qualified Service Providers (QSP). This position allows for flexibility, with the ability to choose your own hours and work approximately 10 hours per month.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver educational programs and training sessions for staff to maintain and enhance their knowledge and skills.

- Ensure all training materials and sessions comply with current agency protocols and regulatory standards for QSP.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and modify them as necessary to meet the needs of the staff and agency.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest best practices and regulatory changes within the nursing and healthcare field.

- Provide feedback and guidance to staff on their professional development and educational needs.

Qualifications:

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. - Minimum of 1 years of experience in nursing education or a related field.

-Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards, especially those pertaining to QSPs.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Flexibility and self-motivation, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
