Description:
$20,000 Sign on Bonus
Up to $40,000 Student Loan Reimbursement
Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
Current Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of North Dakota.
Current BLS certification. Can gain certification once working.
Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the nursing care of residents and patients within unskilled swingbed setting. Responsible for ensuring continuity of care of the residents and patients between shifts by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by CNAs, and supportive staff members. Participates in resident, patient, and family teaching. Maintains role as resident and patient advocate with a focus on the facility’s mission.
