About This Position
Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)to join our team at a premier Long Term Care Facility in North Dakota, where you'll provide essential care and support to residents in a warm and collaborative environment. If you have experience in long-term care, assisted living, or nursing homes, we want to hear from you! RN Key Responsibilities:
Resident Care: Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing patient records.
Care Planning: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents.
Assessment: Conduct regular assessments of residents' physical and mental health, adjusting care plans as needed.
Communication: Maintain open communication with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
Compliance: Ensure that all nursing practices comply with state and federal regulations and facility policies.
Education: Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health management.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other staff to ensure a supportive and efficient care environment.
RN Qualifications:
Current RN license in the state of North Dakota.
Experience in long-term care, geriatrics, or a related field is preferred.
Strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
BLS/CPR certification required.
CNA Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care to residents in a long-term care facility
Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
Monitor and document residents' health and report any changes to the nursing team
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals
CNA Requirements:
Active CNA certification in North Dakota
Ability to work 8-hour shifts, including evenings and nights
Willingness to work every other weekend
Strong communication and teamwork skills
