URGENT OPENING – LPN/LVN | LTC/SNF

Canton, SD 57013

13-Week Contract | Start: 10/12/2026

Shifts: Days 6 AM–2 PM / 6 AM–6 PM | Eves 2 PM–10 PM | EOW & EOH

Weekly Pay: $1,625

Blended Rate: $45.14/hr

Requirements

2+ years of LTC/SNF experience

BLS certification

PointClickCare (PCC) experience
