About This Position
ConsiliaMed staffing agency is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support our established home health agency clients throughout Riverside County.
This position requires a clinically strong, detail oriented nurse who is comfortable working independently in a home care setting and proficient in comprehensive documentation standards.
Position Responsibilities:
Conduct skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes
Perform comprehensive assessments and develop care plans
Administer medications and provide patient education
Complete and submit OASIS assessments accurately and timely
Document thoroughly across various EMR platforms
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted RN license
Current CPR and BLS certification
Home health experience (required)
Demonstrated experience completing OASIS assessments (required)
Proficiency documenting in multiple EMR systems
IV therapy experience (preferred)
Ability to cover visits throughout most of the Los Angeles area
Compensation:
Per diem pay structure
1099 independent contractor status
