What You Will Do
Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to residents in accordance with established care plans.
Monitor, record, and report changes in resident conditions.
Administer medications and treatments accurately.
Educate residents and their families on post-discharge care and wellness.
What We Are Looking For
An active, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in South Dakota.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
