What We're Looking For
We're seeking an RN who is confident working independently while collaborating closely with the nursing and interdisciplinary care teams.
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
South Dakota or applicable Compact RN license
Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
Medication administration experience
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care

Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care environment
Complete nursing assessments and monitor changes in resident condition
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols
Develop, implement, and update individualized resident care plans
Communicate changes in condition to physicians, nursing leadership, residents, and families
Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Support resident safety, infection prevention, fall prevention, and quality-of-care initiatives
Provide compassionate care while promoting residents' dignity, independence, and quality of life
