Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide coordinated nursing care for patients while collaborating with physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and families.
The RN will assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, evaluate patient outcomes, and coordinate care while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and assess relevant patient health information.
Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress and outcomes.
Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Provide health education to patients, families, and members of the treatment team.
Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care.
Delegate appropriate duties to nursing and healthcare team members.
Promote patient safety and a healing, compassionate care environment.
Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Active RN license in the state of practice – Required
BLS/CPR certification from an approved provider – Required
AHA ACLS or ARC ALS – Required
AHA PALS or ARC PALS – Required
BSN – Preferred
Acute care facility experience – Preferred
