Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Congregate Living Health Facility
Continuum Living, LLC is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated LVN to join our team in providing quality nursing care to residents in our Congregate Living Health Facility (CLHF).
The LVN will provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor residents’ health status, maintain accurate clinical documentation, communicate with physicians and healthcare providers, and support the overall health and well-being of our residents.
The ideal candidate is dependable, attentive to detail, compassionate, and comfortable working in a small residential healthcare setting. Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a CLHF setting is preferred.
