Pay: $45.00–$56.00/hour, DOE
Available Shifts:
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Your Role as an RN
Complete resident assessments and closely monitor changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
Respond to clinical changes and communicate with physicians and other providers
Provide clinical oversight and guidance to LVNs and CNAs
Coordinate care across nursing, rehabilitation, and the interdisciplinary team
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Communicate with residents and families regarding care needs and changes
Support admissions, transfers, and changes in level of care
Help maintain strong clinical standards throughout the shift
Must Haves
Active California RN license
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Post-Acute, Sub-Acute, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred
Experience supervising and supporting nursing staff
Strong communication, leadership, and follow-through
