About This Position
RN or LPN – NOC Shift - Full Time and Part Time with Benefits
Seymour, WI (15–20 minutes from Green Bay and Appleton)
Pay Range (Including $4.00 NOC Shift Differential)
RN: $44.00 – $45.75 per hour (based on experience)
LPN: $33.50 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience)
Current Openings (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
64 hours per 2-week pay period (includes every other weekend and holiday)
48 hours per 2-week pay period (includes every other weekend and holiday)

Position Summary
The RN or LPN plans, coordinates, supervises, and implements nursing services for assigned residents as part of the interdisciplinary team. This role ensures high-quality care and supports residents' dignity, comfort, and well-being.
