This position is available full-time, part-time, and PRN.
What You’ll Do:
As a Registered Nurse in our recovery facilities, you will play an important role in supporting both the medical and emotional wellbeing of clients in treatment.
Client Care & Medical Support
Monitor clients’ mental and physical health status and communicate updates with providers and outside care partners
Conduct nursing assessments, including new admission assessments and health screenings
Ensure medications are ordered, received, and available for clients as needed
Administer medications when required and oversee MA1 certified staff med duties
Coordinate medication orders with pharmacies and outside providers
Observe and document medication effectiveness or side effects
Provide supportive mental health care
Respond to client or staff emergencies in a calm, supportive manner and coordinate with hospitals, clinics, EMS, law enforcement, and other providers when necessary
Collaborate closely with the local Human Service Center and internal leadership teams to coordinate care and meet client needs
Provide guidance, leadership, and support to residential staff during your shift
Train and oversee MA1-certified staff and ensure all policies and protocols related to medication self-administration and/or administration are consistently followed
Documentation & Communication
Obtain consents, physician orders, and necessary medical information
Maintain accurate medical documentation and MARs when required
Ensure documentation meets licensing and regulatory requirements
Communicate important client updates with the Program Director, supervisors, and care team

Qualifications
Active North Dakota RN license in good standing (or ability to obtain before start date)
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a criminal background check and driving record check
