We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Palliative RN Clinical Supervisor to join our team. Position Highlights:
Salary: $95,000–$115,000 annually
Full-time position
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Primarily weekday schedule with occasional Saturdays as needed
Leadership role with the opportunity to mentor and develop clinical staff
Collaborative interdisciplinary environment

What You’ll Do
As the Palliative RN Clinical Supervisor, you will help coordinate and oversee clinical services while providing guidance and support to our nursing team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Receiving and reviewing new patient referrals and available clinical information
Assessing patient needs and helping coordinate appropriate services
Assigning appropriate clinical personnel based on patient needs
Reviewing patient diagnoses, prognoses, medications, procedures, and clinical course
Supporting clinicians in developing immediate and long-term goals and individualized plans of care
Evaluating patient care through home visits, clinical conferences, record review, and collaboration with staff
Coaching, mentoring, and guiding clinicians to strengthen performance and promote excellent patient care
Serving as a clinical resource to staff
Collaborating with physicians, providers, leadership, and the interdisciplinary team
Assisting with staff education, training, and continuing education programs
Assisting with data collection and analyzing trends
Participating in the development and improvement of policies, procedures, clinical processes, and organizational goals
Promoting compliance with professional standards and high-quality clinical practice
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a confident RN leader who can balance clinical expertise with compassion, organization, and teamwork.
Qualifications:
Current California Registered Nurse license
Current CPR certification
Previous hospice and/or home care experience
Minimum of two years of management or supervisory experience in the last 5 years
Experience working within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and leadership skills
BSN level graduate or higher preferred
