About This Position
Position - LPN - LTC
Location—Sturgis, SD
Shift—12-hour variable shift
Hours—36 hours per week
Travel Pay: $1900/36 hours
Schedule: 3x12/Every other weekend and holidays
Start date: 10/19 preferred but flexible
Contract Length: 13 week
Facility radius: Travelers must live within 100 miles of Sturgis Hospital.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in various healthcare facilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the medical team
Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans and procedures
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
2 years of LPN experience—Required
Recent LTC Experience (within the last 6 months) - Required
SD/Compact LPN License—Required
BLS—Required or willing to get
