You’ll work closely with RNs and interdisciplinary teams to support patient treatment plans, maintain safety, and ensure accurate documentation throughout each shift.
Key Responsibilities
Medication administration following facility and state guidelines
Patient assessments including monitoring conditions and reporting changes
Wound care, dressing changes, and routine nursing procedures
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
Collaborating with clinical teams to support individualized care plans
Accurate charting and communication with supervising nurses
Contract Details
13‑week assignment
40 hours per week
Day or night shift options available
Estimated gross pay: $1846 per week
Extension opportunities may be available
Requirements
Active LPN license
Current BLS certification
Minimum one year of recent LPN experience preferred
Ability to work full‑time on either shift
Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills
