About This Position

LVN / LPN – Long-Term Care (LTC)

Facility: Providence Mount St. Vincent Specialty: Long-Term Care (LTC) Location: 4831 35th Ave SW, Seattle, WA 98126

Assignment Details

  • Contract Type: Travel
  • Shift: Night, 5x8-hour shifts
  • Schedule: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
  • Block Schedule: No
  • Local Candidates: Accepted
  • Candidates within a 50-mile radius are considered local.
  • Travel Experience: Required
  • Minimum 1 year of travel experience

    Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Skilled Long-Term Care / Transitional Care / SNF experience

    Required Clinical Skills – HARD REQUIREMENTS

  • IV therapy
  • Starting IVs
  • IV pumps
  • Central line blood draws
  • Central line dressing changes
  • Skilled nursing / LTC experience
  • Transitional care experience

    Required Certifications / Licensure

  • Active LPN/LVN License
  • BLS

    Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per week
