$18–$25/hour, based on experience
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 6 a.m.–2 p.m.
By 2 p.m., you could have helped someone feel like themselves again—and still have most of your afternoon ahead of you.

At Colonial Manor of Randolph, we’re hiring a CNA / Bath Aide who understands that care lives in the little things: getting the water temperature just right, helping someone into their favorite shirt, listening to a story while brushing their hair.

Your mornings will matter.
As our Bath Aide, you’ll:
Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care while protecting their privacy and honoring their preferences.
Make bath time comfortable and reassuring, taking time to explain, listen, and help.
Notice changes in skin condition, comfort, or overall well-being and report them to nursing staff.
Assist with other daily care needs, vital signs, and documentation as assigned.
Keep care areas clean, safe, and ready for the next resident.
Work alongside the nursing team to follow each resident’s care plan.
Your afternoons are yours.
Monday through Friday. 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Time for the school pickup. An afternoon appointment. A walk with the dog. Or simply getting home while the sun is still high.
A consistent schedule can make a real difference outside of work, too.

Holds current Nebraska CNA certification.
