Provide resident-centered nursing care

Complete resident assessments and take part in care planning

Work with residents, families, and staff on individual care plans

Guide and support nurse aides and medication aides, as directed by the Director of Nursing

Watch for changes in resident condition and share updates with the care team

Help keep the community safe, respectful, and welcoming What You'll Need Required:

Active, unencumbered South Dakota Registered Nurse (RN) license

Ability to take part in the on-call schedule above

Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families, and staff in English Preferred:
