Medical Assistant / LPN – Fertility & Gynecology Clinic (Phlebotomy Required)

Full-time | 32–40 hours/week | [$22–$30/hour]

We're a busy, patient-focused fertility and gynecology practice. Our patients are often going through some of the most hopeful and stressful moments of their lives. We need someone who's sharp, kind, and doesn't flinch at a tricky vein.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced MA or LPN to keep our clinic running smoothly. You'll be a key part of the patient experience from check-in to follow-up.
What You'll Do
Room patients and take vitals and medical histories
Perform phlebotomy (a lot of it)
Schedule follow-up appointments
Keep accurate, timely medical records
Track down outside labs and records (a little detective work required)
Support providers with day-to-day clinic flow
Growth Opportunity
MAs and LPNs will be trained in lab analytics, including waived and moderately complex lab testing
This is real lab experience you can't get at most clinics
Requirements
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
CNAs with current phlebotomy certification will also be considered
Minimum 3 years of clinic experience
Proven phlebotomy experience (required, not "I watched someone do it once")
Strong attention to detail and organization
Comfortable with EMR systems
Warm, professional communication with patients
Schedule
32–40 hours per week, weekday clinic hours
Occasional weekend clinic days (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday), 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
