We are currently seeking nurses for both Full-Time and PRN Day Shift.
Hours: 12-hour shifts; 7-7.
Full Time: set schedule, 3 days per week, with every other weekend expectation.
PRN requirement: 4 shifts in a 6-week period including 1 fall and 1 spring holiday.
Base Compensation Range: $26.98-$32.41/hr depending on years of experience

About the Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll be a key contributor to our patient care team, delivering skilled nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in alignment with physician orders. Your role is essential in supporting individualized care plans, administering treatments, and ensuring a safe and healing environment for every patient. You’ll be expected to integrate our company values into your daily practice and uphold the highest standards of care.
This position is ideal for a compassionate and detail-oriented nurse who thrives in an inpatient hospital setting. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide responsive, high-quality care. Position Highlights at a Glance:
Caseload: ~7 patients
Average Patient Length of Stay: 10–14 days
Conditions: Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, ortho, complex medical, and more
Team Approach: Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy & more
Advanced Care: IVs, trachs, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains
12-hour shifts, 3 days/week + rotating weekends/holidays (with added pay)
What You’ll Need:
LPN License (State of Wisconsin)
BLS required
1+ year of LPN experience preferred (Acute care a plus)

Physical Requirements Over the Course of a Shift:
A significant amount of standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods of time.
Both gross and precise motor functions.
Lifting/exerting of up to 50 lbs.
Possible exposure to bodily fluids.
Visual acuity required for patient assessment and documentation of care.
Acute hearing required for accurate patient assessment.
Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard.
Close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
