Direct Support Professional (DSP) – $24/hr – Valley City, ND
Compassionate Care Solutions is seeking a reliable, compassionate, and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to an individual in Valley City, ND.
Starting Pay: $24.00/hour
Applicants must be willing and able to reliably travel to VALLEY CITY, ND for scheduled shifts. Please consider the commute before applying.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care
- Provide companionship and supervision
- Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks
- Provide ostomy care and assistance
- Support the individual's independence, dignity, and daily routine
- Follow the individualized care plan
- Complete required service documentation accurately and on time
Qualifications
- Must be comfortable providing or learning ostomy care
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to Valley City
- Dependable and committed to scheduled shifts
- Previous DSP, CNA, caregiving, or similar experience preferred
- Compassionate, respectful, and professional
- Must meet applicable employment and background check requirements
Previous ostomy care experience is preferred but not required. Training can be provided for the right candidate who is comfortable and willing to learn.
