    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    We're seeking a motivated, experienced RN Clinical Nurse Manager who can step into a leadership role and make an immediate difference in daily nursing operations.

    Required Qualifications:

  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of assignment
  • 5+ years of nursing experience, preferably in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing
  • Wound Care Certification – REQUIRED
  • Previous nursing supervisory, clinical management, or leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal LTC regulations, clinical policies, and nursing standards
  • Experience supervising nursing staff, coordinating resident care, and supporting quality improvement initiatives
  • Ability to collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and participate in an on-call rotation
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

    POSITION DETAILS & COMPENSATION

  • Position: Clinical Nurse Manager – Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Setting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility
  • Contract: 13 Weeks with multiple contract extensions possible
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • On-Call: Rotation required in collaboration with the Director of Nursing
  • Compensation: Earn up to $120,000/year (annualized)
  • Pay: Weekly Direct Deposit
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision
  • Extensions: Multiple contract extensions possible
  • Note: Facility can provide housing if available!

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you'll work closely with the Director of Nursing to provide leadership, clinical oversight, and operational support for the Nursing Services department.

  • Clinical Leadership: Assist the DON with planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing daily nursing operations.
  • Staff Supervision: Guide, mentor, and support nursing staff while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Promote adherence to state and federal LTC regulations, facility policies, and clinical standards.
  • Resident Care Oversight: Participate in admission decisions, resident assessments, care planning, and changes in clinical status.
  • Daily Leadership Meetings: Collaborate with the management team to review census changes, resident concerns, clinical updates, and operational priorities.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in QAPI initiatives, facility assessments, performance improvement committees, and quality assurance activities.
  • Wound Care Management: Provide clinical oversight and support for wound care practices, treatment plans, and documentation.
  • On-Call Coordination: Partner with the DON to ensure appropriate nursing leadership coverage and participate in the required on-call rotation.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, department leaders, nursing teams, residents, and families to promote safe, high-quality care.
