Responsibilities of the Director of Nursing Continuing Care Center
The Director of Nursing is to provide quality, timely and courteous services to all patients.
Primary Duties:
Employee leads by example to promote excellence in resident care
Employee demonstrates ability to delegate and achieve results through others.
Employee demonstrates ability to work within the departmental budget
Employee functions as a valued member of the administrative team.
Employee demonstrates understanding of and ensures compliance with all state and federal requirements.
Requirements: Director of Nursing Continuing Care Center
Experience in long term care, skilled nursing facility
5 years experience as an RN
2 years Supervisory experience as a nurse manager
Current RN License
Current CPR certification
Pay: Up to $185,000.00 per year
