Job Summary: The chosen MDS Coordinator will have clinical reimbursement, care planning, MDS 3.0, and case mix experience in a nursing environment. We require a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Nurse (LVN / LPN) with strong communication and interpersonal skills for this MDS Coordinator position.
