Description

American Traveler is hiring an LPN for a long-term care/skilled nursing facility, requiring 1+ year of experience and offering 13-week night shift coverage.

Details

Work in a long-term care/skilled nursing care center (30-bed unit)

Patient population includes mild dementia and bariatric cases

Patient ratios of 30:1 with 2 med aides, or 15:1

Uses MatrixCare/Matrix EMR for charting

Night shift schedule, 7p-7a, 12-hour shifts

Every other weekend and holiday coverage required

No on-call or call-back requirements

Requirements

Active LPN license required, if applicable

Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience required

BLS certification required

Driver's license required for consideration

Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, including employment dates and rehire eligibility
