GLC Group is currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for PRN/Per Diem shifts in Lake Norden, SD.

Compensation:
Hourly: $22
Weekly Pay - every Friday
Job Requirements:
Valid and current CNA Certification in the state you are applying to
1-2 years CNA current/recent experience in Skilled Nursing facility
Active Certifications - BLS or CPR
Must have a COVID-19 vaccination or exemption where applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
Provide mobility, transfers, positioning, and fall prevention assistance.
Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and changes in condition.
Support meals, hydration, comfort, and personal hygiene.
Maintain resident safety, dignity, privacy, and independence.
Provide companionship and support with daily activities.
Follow care plans and report concerns or changes to licensed staff.
Maintain accurate care documentation and follow infection-control procedures.
