One of our top clients is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Nursing to lead its home health team in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing compassionate and quality care to patients and their families. They will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the agency, including staffing, training, and quality assurance.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the clinical operations of the home health agency, including staffing, training, and quality assurance.
Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff.
Develop and implement policies and procedures.
Recruit and retain qualified staff.
Monitor patient care and ensure compliance with all regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the agency.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) with an active Washington license and a bachelor's degree in Nursing
Minimum of 5 years of experience in home health care
Experience in leadership and management
Strong clinical skills and knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
