American Traveler is hiring an LPN for a long-term care/skilled nursing facility, requiring 2+ years of experience and BLS certification for night shift coverage.
Details
Post-acute, long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting with 39 beds
Caring for patients with dementia, Parkinson's, and major depressive disorder (MDD)
Patient ratio of 1:39
Uses Point Click Care (PCC) EMR
12-hour night shifts
Every third weekend and every third holiday required, including Christmas
Requirements
LPN license required if applicable
Minimum 2 years of experience required
Current BLS certification required
Valid driver's license required for consideration
Two professional references required: one supervisor reference from within the last 12 months worked and one peer or supervisor reference from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
Additional Information
Provide skilled nursing care within a long-term care setting for residents with cognitive and mood-related diagnoses
Local candidates accepted within an 80-mile radius
2-week notice required for cancellation
