You will work closely with the clinic's healthcare team to assist with endocrine disorders such as hormone replacement therapies, thyroid disorders, weight loss programs, and overall patient care management. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast paced and growing clinic with a focus on personalized healthcare and wellness.
Responsibilities
Valid current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in ND.
Experience in lab draws, injections, and clinic setting is highly desired.
Strong communication and patient education skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Passion for health and wellness with a desire to make a positive impact on patients' lives
Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Administer injections accurately following prescribed protocols.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement treatment plans based on patient's needs and ensure the best outcomes for patients.
Collect patient lab work and medical history to guide treatments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems while maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA and clinic confidentiality policies.
Provide compassionate care, ensuring patients feel supported and informed.
