Assignment Details
Location: Belle Fourche, South Dakota
Specialty: LPN – Long-Term Care
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days or nights, 12-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week, depending on the agreed schedule
Patient Population: Lower-acuity long-term care residents; transitional care may include IV therapy and wound vacs
Charting: Confirm with recruiter
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care, medications and treatments within the LPN scope of practice.
Monitor residents and document changes in condition.
Support safe medication passes and daily clinical care.
Collaborate with nursing assistants and the wider care team.
Float between units as appropriate to experience and facility needs.
Requirements
Active LPN license.
Recent long-term care experience.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to day or night scheduling.
Wound vac and IV experience is beneficial but not required for every unit.
Flexibility for weekend scheduling is important.
Housing should be arranged early due to the small-town location. #Workwolf
