Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility in Grand Island, NE.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care and monitor residents’ health.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Monitor, document, and report changes in residents’ conditions.

Assist with daily care needs and support individualized care plans.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow facility policies.

Requirements

Active LPN license eligible for practice in Nebraska.

Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.

Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills.

Commitment to resident safety and quality care.
