About This Position

LPN/LVN – Long Term Care (LTC) Needed in Omaha, NE (3x12hr Days)

Location: Omaha, NE Facility: Old Mill Rehabilitation Start Date: 10/22/2026 Contract Length: 13 Weeks Shift: 3x12hr Days (Please verify shift details with recruiter) Gross Weekly Pay: $1,650.00 (based on 36 hours)

Requirements:

  • Active LPN/LVN license
  • Minimum 1+ year of Long Term Care (LTC) experience
  • BLS certification required
