New Lisbon, WI 53950 13-Week Contract | Possible Extension Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Schedule: Every Other Weekend Hours: Full-Time Travel Weekly Gross: $1,700 Local Rate: $40/hour on W-2

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract opportunity in New Lisbon, Wisconsin, with the possibility of extension.

The LPN will provide quality nursing care to residents, administer medications, monitor changes in condition, communicate with physicians and families, and collaborate with CNAs and other members of the healthcare team.

Required Qualifications

Active Wisconsin LPN License — Required

Current CPR/BLS Certification — Required

2+ year of related LPN experience — Preferred

Strong attention to detail and exceptional accuracy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team

Driver’s License (DL) copy required for submission

Two professional references required

COVID-19 vaccination record — Preferred
