Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a night-shift Charge Nurse position in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care, support residents' daily healthcare needs, and help ensure smooth nursing unit operations throughout the night shift.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.

Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Coordinate resident care with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,750.00 per week

Experience:

Long-Term Care (LTC) or a Skilled Nursing Facility: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Required)

Work Location: In person
