Requirements:
Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) License in California
Minimum of 1 year experience as an RN, preferably in a clinical setting
BLS
ACLS
PACU/GI Experience preferred, but not necessary
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and patient care standards.
Exceptional clinical and critical thinking skills to provide efficient and effective nursing interventions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Ability to handle stressful situations with empathy, professionalism, and composure.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks and provide timely patient care.
Flexibility to work various shifts not including weekends, nights, or holidays, however, must be able to work a minimum of 5 shifts per month.
